This dinner was cooked by D and me. We have Bok Choy Soup and Dry Noodles only.
Very simple & easy, as D always requests.

The noodle sauce we used this time is 李錦記香辣豆鼓醬. Very very spicy and hot.

白菜魚丸湯 (Bok Choy Soup w/ Fish-ball)
For soup monster like D and me, this is a MUST on our dinner table.


Per my best friend's request, below is recipe
材料:
白菜
各式魚丸
芹菜(注意: 不是西洋芹喔!!)
各式香菇(金針菇或袖珍菇等,視個人口味選擇)

步驟:
1. 白菜(香港稱旺菜) 剝下洗淨, 切段(約5~10公分皆可), 魚丸 香菇 洗淨, 芹菜去掉葉子之後洗淨切小丁
2. 白菜於冷水時即放入鍋中燉煮
3. 水滾後接著放入"香菇"& "魚丸"等食材
4. 魚丸煮熟後, 加入芹菜攪拌後熄火即可上桌食用
